11/4/2007 MC/VL, E.L.nO. & Dance Band: A Match Made in Hell!

Halloween can be a time of children dressed whimsically as little fairies, witches, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  There are pumpkins carved on each doorstep where loving families hand out treats to the littlest cutie-pies. Awwww....

Or you can dress like bloody zombies, mummies, and 70s superstars while rocking out to the best dance music in the city!  Everyone's favorite venue, The Varsity Theater, provided the background for one of the most hellishly entertaining Halloween mashups in recent memory.  Local rock/rap heroes MC/VL started and ended the night by pounding out rhymes as only they know how.  Also included in this freakish display were awesomely frightening cover band E.L.nO. and the dressed-to-the-nines horror show Dance Band! 

It must be noted that the luckiest of the bunch on Hallows Eve 2007 was HowWasTheShow's own Kingpin David De Young , who somehow managed to figure out how to split himself in half (deal with the devil?) and be in two places at once. Click on David's name to see something truly disturbing.
