10/15/2006 Mason Jennings at The Big Event

Mason Jennings headlined AIDS benefit concert The Big Event last Saturday, October 7, at the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. Local photographer Zach Nagle was at the show and snapped an entire set of great photos of Jennings' set, and HowWasTheShow.com's own Jen Paulson was at the event and reported back about her experience.

"He played a great variety of songs from his vast catalog, from Birds Flying Away to Boneclouds," Paulson writes, "starting his set with 'Ballad For My One True Love.' I knew that a solo acoustic show would not disappoint. A natural storyteller, he made the transition from anecdote to songs flawlessly."
